Music

Music is woven into every content area of our preschool program. Students begin exploring sound by using their voices to speak, whisper, shout, and chant. Students gain a better understanding of their singing voice as they learn simple songs based on class units of study. Students play instruments, listen, move, dramatize, and use technology as they are introduced to the elements of music including time and pitch. Music is experienced and heard in Circle Time, centers, transitions, Chapel, rest time, story time, and more. Most importantly, students are learning to worship God by using their voice to sing to God. Music is one of the most integral parts of our program.
